Our Projects are measured and priced by qualified and experienced quantity surveyors and estimating team to ensure the price given is competitive and a true reflection of the work. The projects on site performance is managed by experienced contract managers who will ensure we deliver on quality, time and budget leaving a clean finished surface and surrounding along with meeting statutory Health and safety requirements.

A machine applied one coat application with faster application speed than hand application

2-coat backing and skim

Bonding, Hardwall, Browning etc providing robust backing with a smooth finish ready for decoration

Skimming

Tape and Jointing

Faster drying application providing a dry construction bow applicators along with application by hand

Plaster Base Membrane

Water tanking system ideal for areas which have a high moisture content, fixed by experience tradesmen fully plastered and ready for decoration.

Interior lining solutions providing flexible inter spatial planning with fast, cost effective construction.

Partitioning

C-stud, I stud, Gypliner, lift shaft walls fixed quickly and efficiently, advice on system selection can be provided

Jumbo Stud

Robust partitions ideal for division of factory units or where high floor to ceiling heights are present

Sound/Fire rated partitions

Partitions are installed to manufacturers specification and are lab tested to guarantee performance requirement, we know the importance of correct installation and ensure that the system is fitted correctly

MF ceilings

Ideal for creating a cavity between the floor soffit and the finished ceiling from which services can be installed

Insulation

We can provide the complete package plastering and dry lining along with insulation taking on the responsibility for later sound testing.

Screed

Experts at both traditional and an-hydrate screed (flowing screed) providing a fast application along with an excellent finish

Traditional

Sand and cement screeds trowel applied provide a finish which is robust and suitable for most site conditions, optional mixes are available ensuring screed is strengthened for high load areas, quicker drying where build speed is paramount or both

Flowing Screed

Anhydrate screeds are applied in liquid form and are pumped into the work area providing a less labour intensive application. There are strict conditions with this product the main been that the work area is sealed with no drafts or winds blowing through and temperature.

Suspended Ceilings

Lightweight decorative ceilings installed by experienced fixers all of the main forms are installed we can follow your specification or provide advise on which system is suitable for your projects environment
