Private Render Project - Elverley Drive, West Ella, Hull

External Through Coloured Cream render, with Rend-aid and mesh applied to help prevent any cracking.

POPPLETON GATE - YORK

External Through Coloured White render to five town houses and fifteen flats for SYL Simpson York. We also carried out the Internal Insulation, Drylining and Plastering. The Project was Timber framed construction and therefore was built to a fast programme.

SUNDERLAND DTC

External Through Coloured Render to existing blockwell shell, including internal partitioning and metal framing, insulation upgrade to achieve required u-value, plaster and suspended grid ceilings. The existing building was refurbsihed from existing shell to provide new offices and a driving test centre for the DVLA. Work was carried out for Main Contractor SYL Simpson York.

HIGHCLIFFE COURT – BRIDLINGTON

Set back from the main promenade, this development offers 12 one-bedroom apartments, 23 two-bedroom apartments and - a deluxe two-bedroom penthouse suite which is an architectural highpoint in every sense of the word.

HOLDERNESS RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Once complete, 143 homes will be sited within private and secure grounds to provide a village environment. On-site facilities will include a Country Club with informal bistro-style restaurant, a hair an beauty salon, health club, library with IT facilities, arts and crafts room, a family room, ornamental ponds, bowling green, communal parking and a sophisticated security system.

RAYWELL HOUSE / STABLE BLOCK CONVERSION

Raywell House and its adjacent Coach House sit within 35 acres of beautiful parkland, six miles to the north west of the city of Hull. This striking, early 19th-century property has been developed by Quintor Homes into 15 desirable and luxurious apartments, each taking full advantage of the attractive location and historical features of the site.
The Grade II listed house has been sympathetically restored to its former glory when it was the home of Daniel Sykes (1766-1832), MP for Hull and Beverley, anti-slavery campaigner and local philanthropist. The one, two and three bedroom apartments combine elements of high quality, 21st-century living with many original features and decorative details.

PRIORY TECH PARK – COMMERCIAL UNITS

Priory Tec Park is a mixed-use scheme incorporating offices, studio, trade counter, distribution and warehousing units.

The modern flexible accommodation has not just attracted local occupants but it has also lured international companies to the local area including Fritsch UK (German) and Nilpeter (Danish). In total 22 separate companies occupy space within the development employing a local labour force of 250 people.

The Wolfson Building – Hull University

R&S undertook the refurbishment of The Wolfson Building, University of Hull. The refurbishment has provided a Biomedical tower on the main University campus and the Specialist Cell Biology facilities provide state of the art research laboratories. Works involved a high level of internal fit out with a large scope of M&E works, all undertaken to a high standard in exacting conditions and surroundings.

Phase 1 entailed the full internal refurbishment of the existing building comprising visitor areas, guest suites and living areas.
Phase 2 was the construction of an additional wing to the existing building with all works undertaken by R&S, as was
