Our Projects are measured and priced by qualified and experienced quantity surveyors and estimating team to ensure the price given is competitive and a true reflection of the work. The projects on site performance is managed by experienced contract managers who will ensure we deliver on quality, time and budget leaving a clean finished surface and surrounding along with meeting statutory Health and safety requirements.

Traditional Mineral Renders

Tyrolean
Tyrolean is a white or coloured cement based mix, which provides a decorative and protective rendering. It is applied by hand or power operated machines and provides an open honeycomb textured (Tyrolean) finish.

Stipple
Stipple is a cementitious polymer-modified material. The powder blend includes an integral bonding agent so that it requires only the addition of clean water on site.

Bonding Coat (rend aid)
Render Bonding coats are polymer modified cement and sand mix. The powder blend includes an integral bonding agent so that it requires only the addition of clean water on site. To achieve a good key for rendering onto smooth or otherwise unsuitable but sound surfaces Ideal as a pre-treatment for renderings required to resist severe exposure conditions.

Render undercoats (TUC)
Render undercoats are factory batched, dry powder, cement-based mortar.
This product forms part of a number of BBA approved insulation systems.

Traditional top coats (TTC)
TTC are factory batched, dry powder, cement-based mortar. This product forms part of a number of BBA approved insulation systems.

Polymer undercoats (PUC)
Provide a suitable background to provide a composite finish with polymer undercoats

Polymer Topcoat PTS/PTC through coloured

Through-coloured top coat mortar for scrape texturing Can be used in  render protected, external wall insulation systems and in multi-coat render systems.

StoRend Cote
Acrylic-based renders provide a composite, decorative textured finish with a selection  to choose from. They provide excellent performance giving a reliable solution for harsh or exposed conditions. The thin coat application is suitable for decoration of lightweight backgrounds

Acrylic render has an even textured finish (1.5 mm and 3 mm aggregate content)

When used in strict accordance with manufacturer's instructions and within an appropriate system, leading finishes will have a minimum life of 10 years

Tiling Hull

Acrylic based, composite, decorative finishes are pre-mixed and ready to apply in wet form.
